Directions

Our office is on the fourth floor of the Northlake Plaza Building, a gold-colored building that faces Lake Union on North 34th Street, with a round window in the center of the top floor. There is an elevator in the lobby that will take you to our offices on the 4th floor.

There are two pay-parking garages accessible from North 34th Street on the first floor level of the building on either side of the main entrance. We will gladly provide clients with parking validation. Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment to allow time to retrieve the validation stickers and return to the garage to complete the pay envelope and place it in the pay box.

Via Northbound Interstate 5

• Continue on I-5 North toward Vancouver B.C.
• Take exit 167 on the left toward Mercer Street
• Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Mercer St/Seattle Center and merge onto Fairview Ave N
• Turn left onto Valley St
• Turn right onto Westlake Ave N
• Slight right onto Fremont Ave N (cross bridge)
• Turn right onto N 34th St
• Destination will be on the left 2 blocks down.

Via Southbound Interstate 5

• Continue on I-5 South toward Seattle
• Take exit 169 toward NE 45th St
• Merge onto 5th Ave NE
• Turn right onto NE 45th St
• Turn left onto Stone Way N
• Turn right onto N 34th St
• Destination will be on the right 2 blocks down.

From the Eastside via Westbound Hwy. 520

• Continue on WA-520 West toward Seattle
• Take the Montlake Blvd exit
• Merge onto Montlake Blvd E
• Slight left onto NE Pacific St
• Slight left onto NE Northlake Way
• Turn right onto 6th Ave NE
• Turn left onto NE 40th St
• Slight left onto NE Pacific St
• Continue onto N 34th St
• Destination will be on the right.

From the Eastside via Westbound Interstate 90

• Continue on I-90 W to Seattle
• Take exit 2C to merge onto I-5 N toward Vancouver B.C
• Take exit 167 on the left toward Mercer Street

• Destination will be immediately on the right.
