Water Law
The Law Offices of Karen Willie PLLC has merged with Terrell Marshall Daudt & Willie PLLC ("TMDW"). TMDW is thrilled and honored to join forces with Karen and her team. Karen's group practices in the area of "water law" that is, landslides, floods, dams, drainage problems, riparian rights, sewage back-ups, wetlands, developments and storm water and any related issues. The firm has represented individuals, companies, municipalities, homeowner associations and a variety of others over the years.
On numerous occasions, Karen Willie has been an invited speaker on water law topics for the Washington State Bar Association's continuing legal education program (CLE's). She has two Supreme Court decisions and numerous other appellate decisions in the area of water law. Karen is often consulted by law firms on water law cases and is available to associate on such matters.
